Senang Developments was founded by Felix Weerts, a Dutch entrepreneur developing boutique villa projects in Uluwatu from Bali itself. Buyers speak directly with the developer — no call center, no anonymous sales layer.
Felix combines Dutch directness with local execution. Every project is designed, built and guided in-house from first sketch to handover — with a German hospitality-focused architecture partner, a local senior site manager with hundreds of delivered projects, and two dedicated main builders (Pak Putu for NOBIA, Pak Made for Luna), both 20+ years of villa experience. Around them a broad network of local partners for legal, rental and operations.
The current projects Nobia DUA (2 of 4 remaining from IDR 5.4 billion · €267,000) and Luna Uluwatu (1 of 2 available at IDR 7 billion · €350,000) both sit 2 minutes from Nyang Nyang Beach and 5 minutes from Uluwatu Temple — v2s of the delivered and sold-out NOBIA (Bingin) and Luna Seseh.
